Emergency Power Outages, Preppers and Bug-Out Bugs… Pratical Solar Powered Juice! Emergency Power Outages, Preppers and Bug-Out Bags… oh yes, this is a fantastic little battery. I firmly believe it is the marketplace that will propel research and advancement of Solar Power in practical daily applications, and this ALLPOWER’s battery is definitely a step in the awesome direction.Construction is good, one of the better made integrated solar panels I have seen, and two (2) USB ports as well as a microUSB port for traditional port charging. The trick to this unit is remembering you have to click the battery’s ON button on the back to commence charging – this also will light up the LED 4 segments showing resident battery charge and turning on the little flashlight bulb with a long press. In absolute honesty, this is in no way a fast charger. If you want fast charging, you really need something else than a solar integrated battery. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is on par with my own…

Works great. Hope this helps others decide! I think many are missing the point here. As others have pointed out, the panel only charges at 200mah. It’s not meant to continuously supply power while the battery is in a discharging state. Nor is it (realistically) meant to charge the battery exclusively via the solar panel. Think of the solar panel as a float charger. It’s intended to keep the battery “topped off” with available sun/light.In hopes of making it easier for others to decide on a purchase, here is what you can expect from this product:A reasonably (For the price.) high-capacity power bank that is intended to be charged via the included USB cable initially. While using the solar panel to ensure the battery is kept charged until needed. As to the build quality..yeah, it’s a little cheesy…but it works. And there does seem to be a quality control issue. Though the units I purchased work perfectly. That said, I do agree that the title of this product is misleading. I…

Works great on Samsung Galaxy S4 and i7 MSI Gaming 17.3″ Laptop – Charges last a VERY long time! I’ll make this short and sweet, and straight to the point.PROS:1) It’s battery charges last a VERY long time! If I charge this thing to 100% capacity and come back to it 3 months later, I see 3 out of 4 bars. Even after charging a quarter my laptop’s battery and half of my Samsung Galaxy S4 stock battery, it still shows 3 out of 4 bars. If I had to put a number on it, I’d say after 3 months it maybe loses 10%-15% of the charge or so.2) It charges my Samsung Galaxy S4 stock battery (using the FRiEQ Hi-Speed Cloth Jacketed USB 2.0 A Male to Micro B Cable) almost 2% per minute. 15 minutes of charging gave me 27% increase in battery level. The Samsung Galaxy S4 stock power plug and USB cable gave me 25% in 30 minutes for comparison.3) It charges my MSI GE70 20E-071US 17 inch gaming laptop (which BTW is a beast and battery hog due to the GTX 765M video card), at a rate of about 25% per every 30 minutes. I tested the same 30 minute time…
