great wallet but lacking a bit I got this wallet about 6 months or so ago. I love hemp fabric, it is very similar to cotton. The wallet fits great in a pocket, whether it be back of your pants, or in side pocket of a jacket. This is a very comfy wallet feels great in your hands. The design is simple nothing flashy which is what I like, a simple functioning wallet.My only complaint is that the wallet has very loose sleeves. On countless occasions have cards slid out of their sleeves and fallen out of the wallet into my pockets. I find this annoying but other then that it works great, I am half tempted to wash the wallet hoping it might shrink a bit but I am contacting the manufacturer on this to see if this might help.
By Gum it’s a Wallet! It’s a wallet. Let’s be fair. A black leather wallet at a business event looks better (for awhile) than this wallet does new. It also doesn’t magically make cash appear. So I’m hard pressed to give it Five stars. That said, it’s better looking than I thought it would be and, happily, isn’t equipped with Velcro. Something about opening Velcro to pull out your ID, cash or credit cards that just cheapens the whole experience of being an adult – thank you Hempy’s for avoiding that!So here’s the list:The Good:* No Velcro!* Durable Hemp – though I haven’t owned it for long it looks like it will age fairly well* Well constructed. No loose seams, no loose threads, no gaps or missed stitching.* It flexes a bit in the pocket, depending on what’s in it – so it doesn’t retain that ‘Fat Wallet’ look after you take bulky things out of it, but since it’s fabric it seems to accommodate a lot.
